Tempeh starter 50 grams - organic

Make your own fresh tempeh at home. Only 4 grams or 1 teaspoon is required for 1 kilo of cooked soybeans to achieve a fluffy white tempeh result. This 50 grams pack should be enough to make 25 kilos of tempeh. Please visit our tutorial page for easy cooking instructions with a variety of different beans. The culture normally lasts well beyond the best before date as long as the starter is stored in a dry place away from moisture and humidity. Keep in an airtight glass jar in the fridge.

Our organic ingredient base is organic long grain rice and organic rice flour as seen on the second picture. We will update the description and picture accordingly.
